Arrival day 1:

​

Collection from Kilimanjaro Airport by our representative and transfer by road to Rivertrees Country Inn on the outskirts of Arusha. Once a thriving coffee plantation it has now opened its doors to visitors from all corners of the world. It maintains its old-world charm and is surrounded by beautiful gardens established over many years. Set on the banks of a fast-flowing river, the garden cottages are scattered along the banks under ancient indigenous trees, just a short stroll from the main areas where the thatched bar and dining room are set up al fresco.

Day 2:

​

Early morning collection by your driver guide with 4x4 safari vehicle and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its elephants and buffalos.

Game drive and picnic lunch in the park.

In the evening head to Oliver’s Camp, situated in the remote south-eastern reaches of the Tarangire National Park.

Day 3:

​

After breakfast drive to Manyara National Park, famous for its flamingos and tree climbing lions.

Game drive and picnic lunch in the park.

Late afternoon departure to Mysigio tented camp. (or similar) at Ngorongoro. This is an intimate seasonal camp set in a delightful ancient acacia forest on the rim of the crater next to the quiet Lemala access route.

Day 4:

​

Early morning departure with your driver guide to Ngorongoro Crater. Spend the day in the most spectacular caldera in the world, 110 square miles and teeming with game. Maybe spot a rhino, see the herds of game and the prides of lion as they sleep under the trees or try for a kill.
Late afternoon ascent and make your way back to Mysigio tented Camp.

Day 5:

​

Early morning after breakfast transfer to Manyara airstrip for your scheduled flight into Serengeti. You will be met on arrival. After a game drive through the park arrive at your luxury camp where lunch awaits you. Siesta, afternoon game drive, evening showers and cocktails under the stars.

Day 6 - 7:

​

Our professional game guide will lead you on morning and evening drives each day. Lunch in the bush, candlelit dinners in camp, and sundowners around the fire each evening, bringing each day to a perfect close.

Explore the vast Serengeti.  Lunches on the plains or buffet in camp. Evenings around the fire. Wonderful dinners by candlelight and full English breakfast each morning. Wake up to fresh coffee or tea each morning and sit and watch the game as you wake up to a new day. Visit the rock paintings and see the elusive leopard as you drive past rocky outcrops. See the vast herds of wildebeest and zebra. Serengeti is a place you will never forget.

Day 8:

After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy your last game drive to Serengeti airstrip and your scheduled flight back to Arusha, transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey.

• Tips, we recommend $12 to $20 USD per guest per day in camps, off course depending on the quality of the service you receive

·       Balance to be paid 60 days or more prior to arrival.

·       60 days or more notice: forfeit deposit only

·       Less than 60 days’ notice: forfeit deposit + 30%

·       Less than 30 days’ notice: forfeit deposit + 100%
